Sally is the proud owner of Gentle Hand Doula and support services and she offers support to families in Central Alberta. She is a certified birth and postpartum doula, and sleep consultant. Sally loves journeying with families from pregnancy to toddlerhood by offering her knowldge and experience to make the transition of welcoming a new baby into your family a bit more smoother. Sally offers prenatal classes, postpartum preparation classes, sleep consultations and in-home sleep coaching.
