Somatic Temple is a women’s healing center focused on helping women develop nourishing practices through massage therapy, yoga therapy and dance therapy. 
Included in our services are trauma therapy programs, special events, and workshops. 
Somatic Temple is located in downtown Red Deer, in the beautiful historic Courthouse building.
